A.L.L. Spring Updates

Although there is still now, spring is here. The snow has melted and the grass is turning green. What does this mean for A.L.L.? Well, we've already seen our roads cleaned from our winter gravel and you may see our arborist come by to trim our trees and fertilize them.

For the Apartments, the carpets have gotten a refreshing clean and we're beginning to feel new again!

Keep your eyes opened, and be ready, on June 8th, our Parkade will finally be properly cleaned after a year hiatus from a proper scrub. A full clean and bright lines will repainted on each parking spot. So when that day comes, remember to move your vehicle so your spot can look great too.

Last year due to all the major construction, we couldn't have our windows cleaned but this year we will!! We're looking into getting some power washers to come out to spray all the unreachable windows. For windows and decks that are safely accessible by their owner, that will be at the responsibility of the owner. Our complex is going to look awesome for the summer!

For all residents in A.L.L., the city as mandating all multifamily housing to begin composting! As such we're working with the city to get a special information session just for A.L.L. residents for a Q&A session. After this we'll work with a local company to help us implement the composting program. In addition, we hope to begin to bring our community together! We are going to try to implement some social events for the summer and fall and we are looking for volunteers!!! Now all this great news makes us wonder is everything finally completed?? Well, our major repairs look like they are all completed and done on budget! We are waiting until the weather warms up for a final inspection to make sure work has been completed appropriately. Last summer we did discover some masonry issues around the apartments and after some professional inspection, the front of building 2000 will need to undergo some quick repairs. Some decks will have to be looked at on the Apartments however, that will be ad hoc and will be looked at over the summer. Keep an eye out for sporadic reports, we'll try to keep you updated if new work needs to be done!
