Ways to Improve Our Property Value

Dear Residents we need to work together to keep Arbour Lake Landing looking like it is in tip-top shape to help increase our property value. This is your community & this is your home! Here are some ways we can adhere to our bylaws and work together to keep our complex looking great.

Pets: Please keep your pet on leash whilst on the property as well as take them off the property to potty
Garbage/Recycling Room: Please do not leave your household junk in this area. If you wish to donate them, kindly take them to the closest donation centre
Garbage on Property: Please remove all garbage and hazardous items from and under all decks and balconys. They are not attractive and when potential buyers enter our grounds, it gives the wrong impression about our property.
Cigarettes: Please do not dispose your butts around the property. Take them to the garbage. This is not only unsightly but very dangerous to the youngsters playing in our community.
Clothes Lines: Unfortuneately clothes lines & regular hanging of garments to dry are not allowed to be on display on our balconys
Leaks: If you’re home has leaks during or after a rain, please let your board know ASAP before our contractors leave so we can ensure testing and repairs can be instigated
