Apartment Garage Repairs & Cleaning Update
Good News Apartment dwellers! The garage repairs and cleaning has finally been scheduled for the fall.
As we had mentioned in an earlier article, problem with the apartment garage is water pooling (and not draining) at the bottom of the garage ramp. The pooled water moves up to the amenity room cement wall and erodes it! In addition, the water does not drain properly due to the garage floor at the bottom of the ramp being uneven and the drain plugged with debris.
In the fall, for two weeks, the garage will be out of commission as the floor at the bottom of the ramp will be broken up and redone. We will have the cleaning of the garage occur immediately after this due to the amount of rubble and dust resulting from that construction causing us to have to clean the area all over again.
